We will keep the body moving for the first 3/4 quarters of class to pump up the cardio and take a slower pace towards the end, to leave you invigorated and reenergized. This yoga introduces modern day philosophy that asks you to self inquire and develop an understanding of living a more authentic, fullling lifestyle in today's busy society. Vinyasa builds flexibility and increases muscular strength whilst burning fat and keeping a playful vibe from start to finish. Bring it mats and let's get twisted!

The High Intensity Interval Training session runs for 30 minutes, to maximise your output and elevate your heart by the use of short on and off working and rest times. This class is perfect for those who would like to burn body fat and learn an effective short cut to achieving weight loss goals. Class is based by the kettle bells and pin loaded equipment

Brazilian jiu-jstsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches how to defend against a larger adversary with technique and principals based on science such as leverage. The Gracie family, the founders of BJJ, modified judo and traditional Japanese jujutsu to create the art. BJJ training is a fully body workout and can be used for sport grappling tournaments and mixed martial arts (MMA/UFC) competition or simply self-defence. BJJ will improve your cardio, strength, balance, endurance, agility and flexibility making it an incredibly well rounded workout as well as an effective martial art.
