I joined my first gym when I was 24 and it was the best thing I have ever done. Becoming the fittest version of myself, previously losing 20kg and learning so much about fitness, was what drove my passion further to want to coach and help people fall in love with themselves and with fitness, and reach their weight loss/fitness goals.
My fitness journey lead me into the world of CrossFit, in which I immediately fell in love. I love the combination of having PT clients and coaching CrossFit, it keeps thing interesting and gives me the opportunity to regularly practice my coaching and training skills in both areas. I have competed in both Body Building and CrossFit competitions, but have to say that CrossFit is my baby. Competing proved to me that anything is possible!
I really do believe that if you can get your mind and body inline with where you are now and where you would like to be, anything is possible. To be able to get the results you’re after, you must first learn to love who you are now.
