Important

Over the dates from the 26th through to the 2nd there will be no coached classes. AS we are a 24hour Box through out this time period there will be a daily wod and your normal OLY wod posted for you to come in and do whenever you like.

Please feel free to organise with your fellow crew times to train together through the members group wall!!
