A new style of programming that allows you to train in a small group situation, with a qualified trainer watching your every move, focusing on performance through functional movement and individual heart rate training.
Three classes style:
This class will involve cardio training as well as weights-based workout with the coach. Each class will include the following:
a prime and prep warm up and have up to 10 min at the end for burn
a 10 min cardio format training with different heart rate targets and intervals
a 10 min weights-based workout involving 3 fundamental movement patterns that can be easily progressed/regressed
This class will follow interval-style circuit training, utilising rig attachments and floor space. The exercises will be dynamic aimed at improving conditioning, speed and agility. You may be paired up based on fitness level and exercises.

PLAY is all about putting the FUN into FUNCTIONAL.
These workouts will get you working in pairs or teams for some healthy competition and banter.
Each class is designed to focus on differing abilities.
Classes utilize Technogym's skill range, an omnia grid and other functional tools.
