Growing up I was your typical kiwi kid, out on the rugby field running a much, that was until I severely injured my ankle and required surgery to fuse it together which forced me to give up rugby altogether. I was 15 years old and after finding out you can never follow your passion anymore, it devastated me. That was until, I found a new home, a new passion, a new therapy, a new love, and that was health and fitness.

My desire to train initially started as a need to change the lifestyle I had developed.

In my younger years, I was always heavily involved in sports and recreational activities such as swimming, netball, track and field and ice-skating to name a few.

Through my high school years, I veered away from athletic activities and began to spend more of my time partying. Now, while there is nothing wrong with socialising and enjoying life and time with friends, I soon found the place I was in was not a health place both physically, mentally and emotionally. Since starting training, it has provided me with an avenue to positively change my outlook on life through the mental and physical disciplines that training tests. One of those tests was an opportunity to compete in my first body building competition in the IFBB women’s physique category, where I won both the novice and overall titles “Yippies!”

I began my Personal Training career in 2012 in a small gym in Fremantle, WA. I started Fitness Fidelity PT to service all people who seeked my help, I grew to the point at which I had to open my first Personal Training Facility in Bibra Lake, WA. I had a great team of four Personal Trainers under the Fitness Fidelity PT brand and it quickly outgrew our first location. I then opened a MASSIVE 965m2 Private Training Facility, we had 17 Trainers under the brand over nearly five years in our amazing location!

As the Fitness Fidelity PT brand grew, along with it came a lot more responsibilities as well as a lot more time and attention. As much as I loved having so many people coming through my doors to work on themselves with either myself or one of our amazing Trainers, I found myself often wanting to get back to why I chose a career as a Personal Trainer. I wanted to help my own clients on a much more personal level.

In 2020 I closed the doors to Fitness Fidelity Personal Training and decided to devote all of my time to helping those that ask for my help!

I’ve been in the fitness industry for nearly 7 years. Over this time I’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life. I have a passion for both helping and educating. I understand that a lot of people find the gym intimidating and overwhelming. Helping people improve themselves whilst building their knowledge and education on the subject will always be my goal. My true belief as a Personal Trainer is that I am the bridge between my clients and their success, a driving instructor if you will.

My personal fitness journey started as an 18-year-old in the gym just trying to get some female attention. Over the years my love for fitness pushed me towards bodybuilding competitions, powerlifting, endurance events and CrossFit.

Over my career, I’ve constantly worked on developing my ability to coach people the way they enjoy. Personal training is exactly that, It’s PERSONAL.

Liam is super passionate about health and fitness and specialises in all things fat loss.

In 2018 Liam was 120kg and was recently diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. It was after 6 months of cancer treatment when he was in remission that he decided it was time to make a change.

Liam spent the next 18 months studying and transforming his own life, going from 120kg to 80kg.

Now that Liam is aware of how precious life is and understands how important being fit and healthy, he now wants to help as many people as he can transform their lives and wake up to the fact that we only get one shot.

Hi, I’m Candice!

I am 26 years old and have been in the fitness industry for 8 years now. My passion for fitness started when I was 18 and started bodybuilding. Growing up I was never skinny and always struggled with societies image of what a teenage girl should look like. I admired women on stage and on social media posting about being strong instead of skinny and this fuelled my desire to be a part of that. I started bodybuilding with my own coach and prepped for competition when I fell pregnant. After giving birth to my daughter I decided to go and get my qualifications to have a better understanding of health and fitness so I could be a healthy mum. I am also currently studying a Bachelor of Human Biology (pre-clinical) at University to have an even better understanding of the human body. However, I personally believe that you gain more knowledge through real life experiences and I use this knowledge and the knowledge I have studied when I am training my clients. I have a strong foundation of knowledge when it comes to strength and conditioning, and also training pregnant women and HIIT style programs. Most importantly, it isn’t the end result which gets me exited but the journey and all of the small achievements along the way.

Hi my name is Lauren,

I have been in sport all my life from being a sprinter to playing volleyball and touch rugby. I found my passion in fitness when I started Muay Thai at the age of fifteen and decided I wanted to become a personal trainer. 

I have now gone from being a Muay Thai competitor to a figure competitor because I fell in love with the progress and changes I could make to my body. Weight training makes me feel confident and strong and this is my ‘WHY’ I want to help others feel the same.

My goal is to help other people feel strong and confident and feel great with in them selves. I am here to help them discover their WHY and help them achieve it and show them how great training is as a tool to help them get through even the toughest of times.
