Since a young age, Carly has had a strong love for all things health and fitness through who involvement in national level basketball. Carly loves all things strength & conditioning and is always up for a challenge. She brings a unique style to her sessions to educate and bring something new to the client.

 

Carly has worked with a range of different clients, and keeps her client's goals close to her heart whether it's growing a booty, losing the dad bod, learning how to lift or wanting general fitness. Carly aims to help her clients switch to a positive mindset towards healthy living by getting results, enjoying the gym & gaining confidence.

Even though every improvement is a win, some career highlights include: helping someone lose 20kg of fat in 3 months, getting young girls who were only confident to use the treadmill, now deadlifting more than their body weight, successfully getting clients moving after operations and many more. Carly's passion for fitness is evident through her enthusiasm and fun nature on the gym floor.

CINDY RUSSELL

Cindy lives and breathes fitness. She wants to share her knowledge of body transformation as she has experienced this herself. She loves challenging her clients and helping them achieve their fitness goals, through resistance training and nutrition, helping transform and sculpt their bodies. Earning her client's trust and mentoring them through their fitness journey, is extremely important.

 

Cindy is focused on strengthening the posterior chain which includes the glutes, back and hamstrings. Your glutes are the largest and by far the most important group of muscles in your body. By strengthening these muscles (the gluteus minimus, medius and maximus) your posture, athletic performance and overall strength will improve dramatically.

Improving the health and fitness industry one exercise professional at a time?

Coach Cassidy Crew was created in 2008 by Nathan Cassidy. Nathan has operated as an independent trainer over the last 7 years. During this time, he had also successfully managed 2 gyms and been a managing director of another. All while continuing to study and run greatly successful training programs and sessions for his clients.

In 2011, Nathan had a vision. After witnessing the large amount of under educated and under prepared trainers in the health and fitness industry he decided he wanted to be apart of a change that improved this. His vision was to improve the quality of the health and fitness industry through trainer education and mentor support. This was with the goal of delivering a high quality service to all that sought out the guidance, knowledge and support of the Coach Cassidy Crew. This was made difficult by Nathan operating out of centres (gyms) that didn't have the ability or facilities to support his vision. He would build and run teams of 1-2 trainers at any 1 time. But this wasn't enough and Nathan wanted to see his vision and goals for the industry really take off and make a difference in as many lives as possible.

In 2016, Nathan had finally found the right place to call the home of The Coach Cassidy Crew, Roar Fitness 247 and could finally make his vision a reality.
