Growing up a tomboy and with a strong passion for sport, I was thrilled when ‘Strong became the new ’Sexy’. Moving away from home at 17, leaving behind my Netball, AFL and Circus days, the gym became my new best friend. I began my own fitness journey in 2013 losing 7kg of fat, and completely fell in love with the fitness lifestyle. Finding a whole new level of confidence and happiness I knew I had to share it with others. I love being a Personal Trainer as I get to help others transform; to grow stronger and healthier, and to find their thrill as I have through fitness.
