For the last 8 years I have dedicated myself to health and fitness, researching and trying every training principle under the sun, preparing to jump on stage as a bodybuilder to competing in the sport of powerlifting and winning a handful of Australian records. Today I use this experience to help others find their own fitness journey and learn to love health and fitness as much as I do.
Knowledge and experience are paramount to me when it comes to working with the human body to make it fit, healthy and strong. I’m always looking to learn something new and even challenge the status quo where I can to get results which is something that even in my pursuit to be a great powerlifter has set me apart from the rest. I have my own philosophies when it comes to training but mostly I just believe it should be enjoyable and my job is to help my clients find that enjoyment in their training while getting the results they want.
It’s my belief as a fitness coach that in order to get the best results we need to look towards the basics such as big barbell movements and plates on the bar without getting caught up in fluffy fitness fads that won’t get results people want no matter how much time they invest.
If I can bring just a little of the knowledge I have to a client but help them find enjoyment and passion in their pursuit of getting fitter and stronger – the results will come on their own and my job will be done.
