From a very young age I have always been extremely active with a wide range of sports including basketball, football, athletics, BMX and motocross racing. Motocross became a true passion of mine- competing for a number of years. To keep up with physical demands of racing I had to start weight training in the gym. I was 14 years old when I first stepped into a gym and since then it’s been an incredible learning curve! In 2013 I snapped my femur during a motocross accident and changed my focus towards weight training and powerlifting.  My personal experience has varied from injury rehabilitation, muscle mass gain, losing body fat and maintaining a lean physique to focusing purely on strength. One of my most fulfilling passions now is to help people reach their health and fitness goals and encounter their true potential!
