My greatest achievement over the last 3 years would have to be becoming a fully qualified Personal Trainer in the space of 12 months and Building up my brand “strivefitbykaylajones” #strivefitsquad. Over the last 3 years I have formed great relationships with my clients and helped them achieve their goals to becoming the best versions of themselves that they can be. I have helped them not only to have the confidence to step in to the gym and smash their workout but to look at themselves in the mirror and be happy with what they see! This is what I strive for every single day.
