Growing up playing sports and being a dancer, I naturally fell in love with being active.
As a mum myself, I trained throughout my pregnan-cy to maintain a strong and healthy body, and have continued training well after my pregnancy to lose the baby weight. Since doing so, I fell in love with the gym environment and have carried that with me throughout the last 6 years.
In years 2011 to 2012, I obtained my Cert I & II in Health and Fitness and continued to further my knowledge once I had finished school, successfully completing my Cert III & IV.
As a coach, I pride myself on assisting my clients achieve their own personal goals, not only physical-ly but also mentally. And with experience, I have learnt that health isn’t just what you’re eating or how you are training, it is also what you’re saying and thinking.
My purpose is to guide you, motivate you and most importantly, support you throughout your journey.
