I am passionate about mental wellbeing and empowering women to step into their power, gaining confidence in their bodies through strength training.
Before discovering health and Fitness I struggled with anxiety over my physical appearance since I was young. Initially my focus was on building muscle and loosing weight but soon fell in love with the feeling of getting stronger. I then competing in my first Powerlifting meet in 2018. Now I strive for a more wholistic approach to training, honouring all aspects.
My specialities include strength training, hypertrophy and functional fitness. I provide a positive and accepting environment for my clients that is supportive in achieving their goals and developing to become a better, more confident version of themselves.
