Josh started his fitness journey at young age with a love for anything sports. He has had 15 years experience playing football at an amateur level and 7 years experience in mixed martial arts.

Josh specialises in 1 on 1 goal specific training and small groups for things like Calisthenics, bodyweight, functional training and strength & conditioning. His training philosophy built off movement and mastery.
