I joined Roar Fitness in April and I can honestly say that I have seen big changes in myself thanks to my PT who pushes me hard and believes I can do anything to improve myself. When I first started I had extra baby weight, I was weak and lacking motivation. During my 12 week challenge that Benji put me on I have reduced my body fat, lost weight and I have become much stronger, energised, motivated and most importantly happy I also feel like a brand new person. Training sessions with Benji are definitely hard but fun at the same time each week is a challenge and every week there’s something different from doing cardio to weights then boxing which is what I was looking for to keep me motivated and I am not about to stop anytime soon. I will continue to challenge myself and will continue to work hard to achieve my goals! I know everyone says you have to “want it” and you will achieve anything, but I honestly feel that without benji’s help I would have not been able to do it so I have to thank him for putting up with me and helping me get through it. I have an amazing PT who understand what you want and helps you reach your goals! I look forward to more training sessions, boxing classes and more aching muscles!! 🙂
