They say that you learn something new every day, and since I started my journey at Roar Fitness with Jaime as my PT every word of it is true.
Joining Roar and with a personal trainer for the first time ever, I felt nervous and a bit uneasy.
But after meeting Jaime, I felt welcomed and relaxed. I left that day focused on my goals and an understanding of what I needed to do to smash them out. I knew this was going to be exciting and challenging.
Whether I was doing weights training or HIIT sessions, I found her training sessions are intense and fun, she makes you push just that little bit extra even if you think you can’t do it. i have always finished my sessions feeling awesome and satisfied with what I accomplished and pumped up eager for more.
After I had a routine going, I started her Fit Spirit Express classes and find them to be just as intense and exciting as her PT sessions. Even as a group the atmosphere is awesome and she pushes you just as hard as everyone else. My energy levels have increased and I am learning different techniques as I go.
My nutrition plan I found is easy to follow. Jaime helped me understand that I need to eat well balanced meals and to remind myself that this is not a diet, this is a lifestyle change. and with that in mind, I didn’t stress too much about food and I just went with the program week by week, almost forgetting that I could have cheat days. This has now become a habit and I make more healthier choices.
Jaime has helped boost up my confidence as I watch my body go through positive changes and adapting to a new healthy lifestyle. Her advice works and I listen to what she says because I see the results. My body fat percentage has dropped, weight loss over whelming and I lost a dress size all thanks to her program.
I feel she believes in me, and with her help and encouragement, I know I will get to where I want to be.
