I decided to join Roar Fitness Gym as i was becoming very overweight and needed some motivation. I was 115kg before I joined the gym. So I thought to myself, I really need to make changes to my life style and for my health. So I signed up at Raor Fitness, and the lady at roar told me that Benji will be the man to help me out. So I began training with benji doing personal training once a week, with a program to train myself on. He asked me whats important, and how much do I really want these changes? And as a result i have lost around 15kg. With his guidance of a appropriate weight and cardio programme i have achieved more than i expected. Plus also i have been doing alot of one and one boxing and group boxing with benji as well this has also helped with my fitness and weight loss.
