< BACK TO TRAINERS
I decided to become a personal trainer after seeing the positive influence training made in my life, mentally and physically. As a teen I was quite overweight, and struggled with an eating disorder. Over the years, I began to shift my mindset. Training and nutrition are there to build you up, not break you down. For me, it is a way to show up for myself. A non-negotiable that makes me feel better and is there when other stuff isn't going so well. That's why I became a Personal Trainer; to help people show up for themselves and commit to their own wellbeing. I am motivated by seeing people commit to improving their health and wellbeing.
